Right Steps Christian School:

With limited transportation and scarce opportunities for education, Susana Homes decided to build its own school to educate the children of Susana Homes and provide education to local community children who could not afford public school or make the two-mile walk to get there. Since its establishment, RSCS has become one of the organization’s extensive and permanent outreach initiatives, aiming to serve and evangelize the local community. Over the years, hundreds of children have come through the school, learning not only to read and write but also about God’s love for them.

Right Steps Institute of Management and Technology:

The RSIMT was started to educate and develop skilled, capable, and trustworthy professionals and provide Nigerians with an opportunity for college-level education and career advancement. The RSIMT is accredited by the National Board for Technical Education in Nigeria and provides opportunities for degrees in early childhood education, computer software engineering, and biblical studies, as well as certificates in various fields, including agro-based learning, caregiving, construction, and garment and textiles. The institute was developed in hopes that some graduates would choose to stay and work for Susana Homes, providing the home with a consistent supply of hardworking, ethical, and well-educated employees.

Jan and Sue Blackwell Institute of Biblical Studies (JSB):

The JSB Institute of Nigeria was developed as the faith arm of RSIMT. The JSB Institute provides RSIMT students with the opportunity to pursue and graduate with an additional degree in Bible and Ministry alongside their primary academic studies. This integrated approach to education is designed to equip students with the practical wisdom of God’s Word and to support their spiritual formation and personal growth.

Through this program, students are encouraged to deepen their understanding of biblical principles and to apply those principles in meaningful ways within their lives and communities. The Institute’s purpose is to help prepare and position graduates to serve faithfully and effectively in their future endeavors, enabling them to contribute to the advancement of God’s Kingdom in Nigeria through their ongoing work, leadership, and service. The JSB Institute of Nigeria was developed as the faith arm of RSIMT. The JSB Institute gives RSIMT students the opportunity to graduate with an additional degree in Bible and Ministry, thereby equipping them with the practical wisdom of God’s word and the ability to advance God’s Kingdom in Nigeria through their future endeavors.
